Hi,

Now, this is really reaching back...
If I remember correctly, ISPF uses profiles for different file extensions.
To change a profile, you use the profile command.  I don't remember the
syntax.
If, on the command line, you type help profile, you will get everything you
need.

I think you can go to the command line and type nonum to get the line
numbers to turn off. I think there's also some way to make it start up with
line numbers turned off. I forget whether it reads a file or whether it
remembers from one session to the next that you turned off line numbers or
just how that is done. I'm trying to dig up twenty-year-old memories. Sorry.
