Help Making Two Excel Macros

Hi,
Can someone please help me figure out how to make two Excel 2007 macros? I'd 
like to make one that swaps the current row with the one below and another that 
swaps the current row with the one above. I guess while I'm at it, the same 
thing for columns, only, of course, it would be to swap with the column to 
either side.
