And you don't even need that anymore since it's built into windows Vista or at
least Windows 7, right?

Take care,

If you get the Microsoft ISO recorder and install it you will then have a
context menu choice to burn an iso file to disk free and easy.

Subject: Free Microsoft courses on accessible development

Microsoft has released a free ISO image of a CD containing courses on
building accessible applications with WinForms, WPF, ARIA, and other
technologies at

http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/f/4/1f4c1601-64a5-459e-9e56-d492ad4
6011f/tools_training_cd.iso

I confess ignorance on how to create a CD from such a file. Can someone
provide steps using a free program? Would someone consider posting a zip
archive of the same content? I know it would be huge, but hopefully there
is a lot of good material in there.
