RE: Free Microsoft courses on accessible development

I can't they seemed to have retired it from the Microsoft pages but it says
its included in windows 7 now.  I installed it before it was included so I
can't check that fact.  If you search for it on google there are a lot of
places that still have it including a good article on Wikipedia.
