you download it from jamal's site -- I don't know the exact name of the
installation file, but try downloading
www.empowermentzone.com/edsharp.exe
It is quite a nice editor for programming.

However, I haven't found any feature list... what can that program do ?
Google doesn't return anything useful, as if that program doesn't exist.
