I'd like to see this implemented as well. I can get the line number announced by reading the status bar... But it would be very neat if edSharp could implement a similar approach like VS or textpad as Alex mentioned. It's very useful to be able to read line numbers immediately in Braille while scrolling/panning. -----Original Message----- From: programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:programmingblind-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Alex Midence Sent: 25. juli 2010 06:57 To: programmingblind Subject: EdSharp and line numbers Hi, list, Wondering if anyone knows if EdSharp can be made to announce what line number you are on for your code. I've navigated the menus and can't seem to find the setting. Is this not part of the program's features? Was this feature included? A lot of te information I have on learning to program in c++ uses line numbers pretty extensively when refering to code you just typed. It would be helpful if I could get this info from EdSharp the way I can with, say, TextPad. All help appreciated, Alex __________ View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/programmingblind __________ View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/programmingblind
