EdSharp and cursor tracking

I have found NVDA does not track the cursor. However, JAWS works great with
EdSharp. Is their a reason NVDA will not track the cursor in EdSharp? Is their
a better HTML editor? I would like something a little more up todate then
Archnophilia 4.0.
