Hi Ken.
Spot on, <grins!> as I near 30 I seem to be getting more and more boring
so much so that I've told my wife that if I ever start looking for
driving gloves for a white stick she can stick me in a OAP home.

Thanks for the smiles first thing in the morning.
Nick.

Hi Ken and all.

Thanks for the offer, someone else suggested creating the graphic in
word using the normal set of word commands, exporting it to a PDF and
then you can generate JPGs from the PDF file which sounds ok and should
be doable with out too much effort.

Thanks for the ideas.
Nick.

Am a bit mad but if I find the simple program I will send it to you. I
had a directory of source code I wrote in college and it is hiding at
the moment. One of the short programs I wrote takes a file full of
astrexes and spaces and creates a png graphic of it. I have a couple
smiley faces and frowns and maybe a Christmas tree I made but I can't
find the simple source code. It's not hard to write though so if I
can't find it I may write it again for you. What language would you
like it in if I have to write it again. I wrote it in c last time.

Ken

Hi All.

I've got a strange question I'm hoping someone might have an answer for.

I want to create a set of simple graphics, a black background with a
white letter or number on it. I'm putting together a network testing
type tool and I want to be able to send a bunch of small graphics over
the network and see which ones get there.

Does anyone know of a way to create jpegs, gifs, bmps or pngs with out
being able to see.

Any ideas gratefully received.

Thanks.

Nick.
