Converting a .mht file to .html

Hi,
I was given a .mht file to convert into .html. Can anyone tell me the process
to get this completed cleanly?
I tried looking at the source code in the view menu in IE, but it was way too
busy to even begin to work with.
I then tried the 'edit in Word' found on the file menu in IE. From there I
saved it as an .rtf and took it to Arachnophilia which did try to convert it.
However, I got a blank screen in IE with the results of the conversion.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
