Off the type of my head I'm not 100% sure, but probably. NetBeans and Visual
Studio probably do as well, but I'm not sure what the key presses are. Is
function navigation enough though, do you think? We were thinking of
allowing you to jump between scopes in general, kind of like "Take me to the
top of this if" or "Take me to where this loop ends." or maybe even, "I
don't know where I am, so first tell me where I am then take me to the top
of the current scope."

I'm just brainstorming though, if I knew the best design, or what would be
the most helpful, I'd be done already :)
