Sorry for the double post, I have missed a important precision: with MinGW. Please do not forward me to a VC++ tutorial, I don't have that compiler (I don't want to pass through a complicated and unaccessible IDE, I prefer my old style command line tools which are far more powerful. or tell me how to install a command line only version of MS compiler and for free)
