Any IM client such as Windows live (MSN) or AIM (AOL INStANT MESSenger0 and
I think Yahoo! Messenger can send sms messeges to mobile phones...

I have not tested, and I am not sure if it has all of the functions you are
looking for.  However, Skype does support the ability to send SMS messages. 
This feature of Skype should be accessible using the JAWS scripts for Skype.
