Sometimes applications do not make available information the bridge needs. Sometimes it's a bug in the bridge. Sometimes it's a bug in the screen reader. Sometimes the invisible men from Mars take the letters away to be eaten. Java just is not pretty with the bridge. Most things are read correctly, but sometimes it doesn't work. For example, jaws says blank when I press backspace in a JTextArea instead of telling the deleted char, allthough navigation with arrows work perfectly well. Do you know if this is known bug, or if there's a fix for such things ? My configuration : Windows 7 32 bits Jaws 12.0 JDK 6 update 24 Java access bridge 2.0.1 Thank you. __________ View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/programmingblind __________ View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/programmingblind
