Hello:
It is default.jss, not .css (not sure if that was a typo). From your script manager, just hit control+shift+d, and you'll be there. But this should help anyway--I was totally wrong on the naming, sorry about that.

    What I do for stuff like this is check out the default.jss. grab
    the OnStart function, then you can just hit control+i and
    control+shift+i from within the function to insert other
    functions. There should be a function there to do what you want.
