I just installed the last insider preview along with its wsl update and was able to run orca in wsl, but only after installing lots of gnome stuff alongside orca, otherwise I got an error regarding at-spy not running. I was then able to start orca with "orca &" and start vlc afterwards, and it worked.

I seriously hope that'll be accessible. I'd love running Emacs with Emacspeak on Windows, with latest version and all that.

Hi. Was reading the winero windows 10 e-mail letter. And in the
latest insider build, linux for subsystem will allow gui apps for
    linux for windows 10.
