Hi,
learn the Markdown syntax in her specific context (symbols, features and
syntax may slightly vary), write it in Notepad or any editor, then use
something like this extension (there is surely one for Chrome too):
https://addons.mozilla.org/it/firefox/addon/markdown-viewer-webext/
It should be quite simple, you can also save in the editor and refresh
the page in the browser, without opening/closing document continously.
