[program-l] Re: Aria menu bar examples from w3c not working

They are working on the site.  However, when I download them and load them in a 
browser they don’t work in various ways.  For the navigation menu bar, it seems 
that they didn’t include the script to generate the menu button because when 
the page tries to call the menu it returns not found.  I fixed this in the 
popup menu where it was doing the same thing, but in the popup menu, something 
isn’t being passed properly to the create function and when it tries to set 
attributes it fails.
