When you open the document you want to read using Adobe, then you should see 
the menu bar at the top.
Just press the alt key and you can arrow across the menu until you reach the 
document option.
I assume you are using Adobe to read the document, correct?
If not, then whatever application you're using may have a similar option. 
You'll just need to search through the menus to try and find it, if one is 
available.

Well, I want to try making this work before sending it to any of you kind 
folks. I guess I have a question. I highlighted the chapter PDF I want to read. 
It is translated. I see the page. When looking at my running applications I 
don't see Adobe. Where is it?

Hi Susie,

There is a "document" option on the menu bar for Adobe for accessibility and 
you can set it to read either by the page or the whole document.
If you have it set to read by page you have to either keep selecting next page 
or pressing ctrl+page down to go to the next page to read it.

I don't know if this is your issue, but if so, I hope this info helps.

Hi Listers,

I am trying to read the Java certification book we have talked about. A fellow 
employee gave me his C D. I have to go to view and navigate to the next page. 
Is there an easier way?
