QAnything is possible, it really comes down to whether there is a need.
I know that Jamal wrote this application for many to use it so there is
no sense to rewrite it. However with all of that aside, he might even
have the source code for download.

has an extensive library of blind friendly apps and I believe he has
something for this PDF issue.

Hello Everyone!
I purchased an e-book in PDF format, and JAWS refuses to read it, Saying
"Protection Error".
For some reason Adobe option "Save as Text" is disabled for this file.
Is it possible to right Java program to convert this PDF file to a text
file?
