Hi  Anna,

As others have said, OCR is the way to go. The problem with screen shots and
other such imahges is their low resolution. Commertial OCR software like
Abbyy's Fine Reader or Omnipage from Nuance can handle low resolution
graphics thanks to them supporting camera recognition. I own Fine Reader
professional so I would be happy to recognize the images for you if you want
to go down this route.
