Hi Suzy: First of all you don't have to high light all of the packages / folders. Merely select the "src" folder and then right click it. Up arrow to the "Team" option, expand it and press enter on the "Update" sub menu option. Wait about thirty seconds or so and then move your JAWS cursor to the bottom of the screen with a page down and then read the output on the line. If you don't see anything, up arrow to line 24. When you are running your update to get the latest from your team, how do you know when it is finished? When I go into project explorer, then highlight all the projects, and then hit alt+control+u the machine doesn't indicate when it has finished. I then look at the console output. Sometimes, not necessarily in this process I hear a percentage figure. I tried looking at progress directly below problems, but that didn't seem to tell me anything. This ensures that I have the latest and greatest work from my team. I believe it's a very good practice to get use to.
