...also, Alt + W + V then either scroll to the Server option or press the S key 
twice. Make sure that the Welcome Window is closed or you will never land on 
the Tree View control.

How can I navigate to a server entry in the servers tab using the keyboard. 
Goal is to delete and edit a server. I have had sighted assistance and we keep 
going back to the tool bar.
