I'll explain it by an example. Suppose you are fixing errors and from the
Problems window you select an error from the tree view. After you have
clicked on that item you are placed on the error so an "Insert + T" will
announce the class but you might be in a 100 line method somewhere in the
middle so at that point it would be nice to know the method name and or the
method signature.

signature in Eclipse much like the insert key plus the letter "T" does for
