What version is new to your dev team?

Susie,

I'm waiting for the new version of Eclipse to be installed - it's not my
request, it's mandatary. Then let's struggle together.

I am really struggling with Eclipse. I am now being asked to do some actual
work. I have done lots of reading and can read Java better than I can write it.
Jim's tutorial on Eclipse is simply fabulous.

I'll help where I can but I'm either working on a SWT GUI or a Web JSP via
Struts.

Hi Jim!

This explanation is really encouraging, thank you.
Please let me know if you can think of any basic comprehensive tutorials on
those frameworks, I wish you wrote one.
Once again, your basic Java tutorial is priceless.

Anna

Anna:

Wondered where you had gone.... glad to have you back.

What you mentioned are only frameworks and very easy to learn. It's still Java
100 % with a few rules specific to the framework.

Hi Everyone!

My name is Anna. Several years ago I was an active Java learner, but the
management moved me back to the COBOL project.
Now they are moving me to the Java project assuming that working with COBOL
strengthened my Java knoledge <grin>
Even I don't remember much beyond basic Java concepts, I still should not fail
their expectations, because...many of you might hear what's governor Christie
is doing with NJ state employees.
So I'm back to you, guys, if you don't mind.
Jim, your tutorial is invaluable!!!
The project I'll be working on uses Hibernate, Spring, and JSF frameworks.
Is it something learnable?

Thank you,
Anna
