Attached are two tarballs, one for each branch.
For newlib, I implemented your suggestion for threads.
For master, there's a catch-up patch for the Focus feature and the above
patch with an altered commit message.
I've been limiting my master changes to only top so as not to impact the
library. As a result, he's fallen way behind and can only display 58
fields (versus 72 for newlib).
