Hi Martin,
Thank you so much for organizing this! I think it's wonderful we're pulling
together. How are you and your family doing? My husband and I are doing well,
here in NYC. We work well together sharing a small space. I never thought
going to the grocery store would be the top excitement in the city. Strange
times indeed.
Stay well,
Liz

Hello All,
Thank you so much for signing up on thePrinceton Cares mailing list so that we
can let each other know about opportunities to help those who are part of our
extended campus community.
As mentioned in the initial invitation, our friends who work in the 701 Café
are currently not receiving a regular paycheck. While their third party
employer is able to continue providing medical benefits, Erica and Jesse
continue to face the impact of daily living expenses for an undetermined amount
of time until they can return to work.
If you wish, you can help them out by visiting their respective GoFundMe pages
at these links:
Erica Joseph
Jesse Velasquez
Donations can be marked as anonymous to the public.
As the manager of the café, Linda was deeply touched by the offer, but
preferred we focus our efforts on Erica and Jesse.
Thanks in advance for your consideration.
Kind regards,
Martin Harrison and Shachi Gawande
