Hi everyone, PRA management wanted to discuss with everyone that there are definite ways to work out any streaming issues you may have. I've gotten word of people getting frustrated and leaving early or not showing up due to problems with the stream. Please give us (Saffron or I) a call when issues are happening. We will first tell you to power cycle the modem/router like usual, then we'll have more steps that will solve any issues you may be having. We may even have you call Clear tech support and have them reset the signal to us (you have to be in the station to call). Cam did that on Sunday and it solved the situation that plagued the weekend (thanks for doing that too!!!). So please do not listen to any djs saying not to come in, we solve 98% of the problems and are here to help out!!! As always, let me know if you have any questions ...
