My understanding is that Xray received a ton of applications, that fact coupled
with their programming choices (to have talk radio
during the daytime hours of weekdays) means that very few of the folks that
applied were approved.
Their is always "house of sound" as an option.
Plus who knows, after xray begins broadcasting, there may be some changes.
