Hi Rachael
Wow this was like you were inside my skin. So many rich, familiar images
and feelings from childhood. Your creation of new words to evoke sense is
so clever. I really loved them. Stand outs for me were:
slapstep on pebbleedge
bodybrown and slipperyseal
iceblock orangesmile
sisterpink and babyoil
Is there anything more to be teased out in the cousin (?) who can't swim, a
sense of near drowning, that edge of danger ...
The ending is great. That sense of all this immediacy and sensory-driven
world dropping away as we enter adolescence and self-consciousness.
Awesome.

Feeling a bit rusty but I really enjoyed the challenge! Really looking
forward to reading what we all came up with.
Cheers,
