This year has passed by in a blur. Everything is in holiday-hyper-drive;
Christmas parties, meal planning, finishing up work, keeping the kids from
killing each other, preparing for the in-law-onslaught, trying to make the
holiday season fun for the kidlets fills every second. It is easy to miss
miraculous moments, eternal instances, seconds of the sacred as we rush through
life. My aim this festive season is to pause for the precious times, to revel
in the ridiculous, to laugh like a little kid, to weep when the situation
arises, and most importantly to wait on God to fill each moment. Holidays are a
time to slow down and appreciate life. I wish you all peace and joy in the

Spectacular service. Our senior pastor Vadim Butov will deliver our parting
message. It will be the last Plus1 for the year, I hope to see you there.

Prayers for Aine SokiriAine had a liver transplant on Monday. On Tuesday he was
conscious with lots of morphine to manage his pain. Preliminary scans show that
the new liver is functioning. Please continue to pray for Aine's fast recovery
and for Flora, Rombek, Logie and Alima.
