Hi Paula
Lindsay at emaillabs, suggested it was Spamhouse, and it was triggered by a "bad" client using the system. Hopefully the ip addresses for emaillabs get taken off the list asap.
Cheers

Subject: [play.webdev] Heads up on delivery problems with emaillabs for
the next few days.
Hi
Just to let everyone know, emaillabs is having some issues sending our
msg's due to a 3rd party blacklist that has blocked emaillabs delivery
servers. So many of the emails on all the lists may or may not be
receiving any msgs.
If you've noticed over the weekend that your not getting any msgs,
triggers or proofs, this is probably caused by the blacklist. Emaillabs
is working on revolving the issue, and Lindsay@emaillabs asked to
postpone any mailings for a day or 2.
Just giving the heads up.
Cheers
Hien
