That's true. Still there is no easy solution for the problem, even if we don't
like it.

That leads back to the idea of moving our headers from include to libpisa.
Also we could use -I. as the only PISA include flag and prepend the path in
all include statements. This would also improve readability because we know
exactly where to look for that specific header file on top of not polluting
the global include file namespace.

It also suggests to remove autotools from the list of PISA dependencies. ;)
