Tobias just came over and we talked about how the /root directory on
morpheus has become a random garbage dump for everybody. Needless to
say, this has to change.

We created a new directory called

CRAP_THAT_WILL_BE_REMOVED_SOON

in /root and moved everything that does not belong in /root there. The
name should give you a pretty good idea what the intention is ;)

So please clean up the mess. If you have data in /root, move it
somewhere else. In the future, put temporary files in temporary
directories like

/tmp (system tempdir - gets removed at reboot)
/var/tmp (system tempdir - survives a reboot)
/root/tmp (root's tempdir)

but remember that they may get deleted from there at any time if they
are older than a week or two.

Also remember that your normal home directories are available on
morpheus. They are mounted on demand, so you need to be logged into
morpheus as your normal user. Keep your files in your own homedir.

Diego
