Subject: 2017 Costa Rica International Birding Conference
Dear Lin,
I am sorry to catch you at a bad time this morning however, thank you for
taking my call.
I am re-sending the invitation from our earlier email invitation for our
2017 Costa Rica International Birding Conference? This exciting event,
sponsored in association with leading birding organizations, is offered by
invitation only and will take place Nov 1-5, 2017 (see invitation below).
As an added benefit, if you do book a group with Holbrook by Dec. 31st,
2018, you will be refunded the cost of the conference just before your
trip departs.
Do you think you might be able to attend? It would be helpful if you could
let us know whether you plan to attend by April 17 (Yes, Probably, Maybe,
No), as this would greatly assist our planning, as space is limited for
this exclusive event.
Final sign-up deadline will be July 31st.
Thank you so much for your time. We hope to see you in Costa Rica!
