[phpa] problems with accelerator

Hi,

Thanks for the new reliese. I get less warnings now.

But still having problems.
When i enable accelerator, everything works great for the while,
when the page starts to freeze and in about 20 seconds the page loads.
In the meantime people start to hit refresh button and the server reaches 
maxclients limit. The same problem was in 1.3 version.
Deleting .pxxx files and flushing cache helps.

Errors after the restarting the server.
