[phpa] p4 - page not found bug again

I upgraded two days ago toward p4 hoping that the "page not found error"
would have disappeared, but it happened again.

The symptom is that the user randomly gets an error page, as if the server
did not exist (i.e. browser error page). There is no entry for this in the
apache error_log.

Before upgrading, the error happened after 24 hours. With p4 it happened
after more time (don't know exactly but around 40 hours).
Disabling phpa immediately fix the problem.

My platform :
- RedHat 6.2, glic 2.1.3
- Apache 1.3.19
- Php 4.0.6

Thank you for your help, Nick, and keep up the good work.

Ronan
