[phpa] 'grsec' kernel patches deleting shared memory

The report earlier of unexpected shared memory deletions was due to some
'grsec' kernel patches that always marked shared memory segments for
deletion after their creation.
In the upcoming 1.3 release this actually won't be an issue for PHPA, but
prior to PHPA 1.3 these patches should not be used.
