[phpa] PHPA and the CVS PHP 4.2

As observed by Dale earlier, the current CVS source of PHP 4.2 causes the
warning about _ecalloc being undefined. The CVS version of PHP 4.2 is
different to the official PHP 4.2 release.

There should be no undefined _ecalloc error when using PHPA with the
official PHP release.
