Most mailinglists have a "List-unsubscribe" header with the details of
how to do it. In the Photodesk case, which is handled by Freelists,
that header contains an actual link that the user has only to click to
get unsubscribed.
But then probably 95% of email users these days are the Great Unwashed
who don't even know about the existence of headers.
