Andrew (CJEMicros) has reminded me to keep saving my work to help alleviate the problems occurring with errors/crashes. This is fine but when layers are involved how does one save the layer structure? There is an option to save the structure (Adjust-click over Photodesk iconbar icon, then Menu-click over the image Clipboard and select Save. Rename and drag the directory over a filer window). This retains layers information and any "non-fixed" images so that if a crash occurs the directory can be dragged into a fresh copy of Photodesk. The problem occurs if you are unable to do this before PD errors or crashes - I have no solution for this. Be warned if you have many layers then it can take time (especially on older machines) to save the data and the size of the directory can be tens of MB in size. Regards Richard
