  MESSAGE: (#2264) multi-page form options

Hello all,

I am fairly new to Phorm, but, I understand the concept of the ack page being
the next page of a multi-part form, but need some advice on the following:

I've finished the first page of a muti-part. After the first page is filled
out, the second page starts out with one question and a drop down list to
select an option.

The option chosen determines the next page of questions they will go to (four
options, four different new forms).

Would it be a good idea to use javascript to display the new set of questions
for the option chosen on the same page after the selection was made? Or should
I use four different new pages? It seems I could send the viewer out to a
regular page or stay within Phorm.

What would some of you suggest? I could even add the question to the botom of
the first page. If I did that, what would you suggest to get the correct
second page to come up? I would appreciate some feedback - the more detail the
better. I know a little javascript and a little more PHP, but am not an expert
in any!

I don't have it far enough along to send a URL.

Thanks! Kally ~~~
