I need to restrict the availability of a form button based on the number of
times it has been previously chosen. The value is stored in a MySQL database.
ALl form values are processed through Phorm.

Ex: the course has a maximum of 32 participants per session and there are 2
sessions.

Radio buttons allow choice of morning or afternoon session.
