Hi Pamela - it sounds like you have specified a hidden field on your phorm,
name="PHORM_CONFIG" value="config.php", this is no problem - it just seems
that the file doesn't exist. It must be in the same directory as phorm.php,
unless you have used phormbase.php3 to change the working directory. As for
the error on line 17, check your syntax, and make sure that the : isn't
supposed to be a ;
