Okay, it sounds like the simplest solution then is to just send an email to my 
client from the first page of the multi-page form, with the customer's contact 
info and the $PHORM_MYSQLID and simply log the results of the other form pages 
to the database. 

I can set up a page for my client where they can view the full details of the 
customer's orders that have been logged into the data base using the 
$PHORM_MYSQLID. 

I have a lot of pages (some branch off - depending on what the customer 
chooses) and I think the hidden values would be a little hard to keep track 
of, especially if the forms change over time.
