Change $PHORM_ALERTTO to your address in the phormconfig file. When you do,
you'll receive alert and error messages from Phorm. In this case, it will tell
you that it can't find the rules file. Path information is stripped from
$PHORM_VALDEFS, so it's looking for validation.txt in the Phorm directory.
