Hello and thanks for your response. 

This is what is in the rules file: 

+ AddNum 
EXISTS ProjNum+Project 1 Proj 1 
Please check that your Project Name and Project # are correct. 
### 

It checks the database to see that the Project and corresponding project # 
DOES exist; and then lets the user do his add-on. If they do not exist, then 
it can't be an add-on, it is a new project. 

Now, everytime it checks the database and the project and project # DOES 
exist, it logs. You are saying that the normal behavior should be that it is 
not supposed to log?
