You understand correctly. I am trying your suggestion but must be doing
something wrong.

In my << .config >> file I have the following.

$PHORM_DBFETCH = "Web";
$PHORM_DBWHICH = "Web='$Web'";

$PHORM_SUBJECT = "Visitor Workshop Registration";

$PHORM_MYTABLE = "register";
$PHORM_MYVARS = "FirstName=FirstName, LastName=LastName, Email=PHORM_FROM,
Phone=Phone, Unit=Unit, Staff=Staff, Nametag=Nametag, Special=Special,
Lunch=Lunch, Lentre=Lentre, Boxlunch=Boxlunch, Boxentre=Boxentre,
Buffet=Buffet, Bufguest=Bufguest, Web=Web, Fieldtrip=Fieldtrip"

I then set up a rule as you suggested.

RULE: Session Limit
CRIT: LE
ARGS:3
FFLD:PHORM_DBFNREC
MESG:
Sorry - this session is full
###

In the << plugins >> directory I have deposited << dbfetch.php >> and entered
<< dbopn dbfetch.php >> on a seperate line in << registry.php3 >>. I have also
put in a << registry.php >> onchance that phorm is looking for that now.

Upon form Submit I never get to the Error. I submitted at least 15 new
records.
