I could be wrong, but it sounds like you have your validation file setup 
incorrectly. It found the validation file, just not the validation error file. 
That refers to the first part of your validation file under the FILES section. 
Perhaps you do not have a FILES section or the file it points to does not 
exist. If you do have a FILES section and you believe it is filled out 
correctly, try using your form but make sure one of the fields does not pass 
validation, does your file come up? Or does the default "please use your back 
button" come up? 

I actually just tried configuring my validation file incorrectly by having the 
FILES section point to a file that doesn't exist and I just got the e-mail you 
described. Check it out.
