Well, Phorm ships with a .php extension. The extension on any other files is 
irrelevant, as they are simply included. I suppose I could change them, 
though.

I would love to be able to accept credit cards directly, but that is not an 
option for me at the moment. When I can shake a few dollars loose to pay for 
setting up a merchant account and payment processor, I definitely will.
