No worries, pleased to help. As for the file name - its a bit dodgy calling 
anything PHORM_something, or ph_something, as these variables are reserved for 
use by Phorm. You shouldn't use them unless you are really sure you know what 
you are doing. 

try: 

$PHORM_LOG = "log.txt";
